Horsey is by a wide margin the best American political cartoonist, and also the best draftsman--in the original Mad Comics tradition--or the lot. He's also an excellent political commentator, broadening the scope of his excellent cartoons. Five stars, easily--
Don't waste your time with this piece of garbage.
I enjoyed reading it but not the same type of book Horsey has written before. Really want him to get back to cartooning with colorful pages inside the book.
Cartoons with wit and wisdom. His father David was band and music teacher in the 40's at my high school, and I'm amazed at David's books and cartoons for which he has received two Pulitzer Prizes.
