Excellent read for people who experience a loved ones death by suicide! Makes you believe life will get better sometime in the future
In times of great despair, some people crave stories by others who have endured and survived similar situations. If you have lost someone to suicide, this book may be a source of comfort. The author dives deep into her personal thoughts as she navigated the most difficult thing she's had to endure. Her honesty and insight, combined with raw emotion, are written as though shared within the bounds of her private journal.
This book documents the author's resilience and ability to carry on and live a good life, regardless of her loss. That she dug out from under her grief and went on to love again is a testament to human strength and spirit, and may serve as an inspiration to others who have no idea how to cope with losing a loved one to suicide.

This is such a rich memoir. Cristina really opened her heart and mind. As a widow myself, I see how I never truly move on. This story has given me a lot to think about and I thank you Cristina for that. You are not only strong but brave to move forward and find happiness again. You deserve it.
I highly recommended this book for all. Most people have been effected by suicide in one way or another and this book gives a heart-wrenching insight as to the effect it has on the people left behind. Whether you have a loved one that has committed suicide, a friend going through losing someone to suicide or are contemplating suicide, this is a must read.

This is a wonderful book written by a loving, kind and compassionate widow left with the questions suicide brings to those left behind. She shares her emotional journey and openly portrays to the reader her struggles following the tragedy. This book is helpful to anyone touched by suicide. And shares her beliefs mental health and steroids impacted the suicide of her beloved husband.
